Lenovo Vibe X2 exhibits a unique tri-toned design with 5-inch Full HD display, 13-megapixel AF camera and a MediaTek True8Core processor

Vibe X2, Lenovo’s latest Android smartphone showcases a uniquely engineered three-layer design in a number of great tasting flavors.

The mid-range Lenovo Vibe X2 shows off a super slim body with obvious multiple tones at its angular edges, depending whether it’s white, red, gold and dark gray in different ascents. Aside from its multicolored and slim design, the Vibe X2 sports an impressively sharp, crisp 5-inch 1080p HD IPS display at 441ppi. At its heart, the new Vibe X2 smartphones uses a 2.0 GHz True8Core chipset from MediaTek, which boasts great performance and faster 4G LTE connectivity along with power-saving modes.

Vibe X2’s octa-core processor is paired with a sufficient 2GB memory which caters simple to complex tasks without any gaps. Lenovo Vibe X2 is running the latest Android 4.4 KitKat version along with the brand’s Vibe UI 2.0, a custom user-interface with personalized icons and lock screen.

While some smartphones are stuck in a justly bright camera, Vibe X2 has a huge 13-megapixel auto-focus camera coupled with LED flash and a front-facing 5-megapixel selfie snapper which uses gestures to take photos and videos. Onboard Lenovo’s handset is a 32GB internal storage capacious enough for media, applications and other phone files. It also comes with 2,300mAh battery, powering up the phone for over 18 hours talk time via 4G, accompanied by its Battery Xtension feature to fully boost battery life.

Lenovo will be retailing the Vibe X2 for $399 price tag starting in China, around ₱18,000 in the Philippines, this October before it ships in other regions including the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
