Slim, sleek Huawei P8 Lite is a budget smartphone with a premium build

The Huawei P8 Lite is a budget smartphone with a decent technical specifications and features. It has a 5-inch responsive display packed in a compact body. While it’s not an all-metal smartphone that you think as its flagship equivalent, still it’s a sleek and slim Huawei marvel with a premium and quality build: curved corners with metal accents on its edge which houses the control buttons and an entirely flat front and texturized back panel made of matte plastic.

P8 Lite sports a 13-megapixel rear camera that can take gorgeously sharp photos and records 1080 p of video in a responsive, bright display that has a pretty decent 720p resolution and as well as a wide viewing angle. Along with the main shooter, is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that can take good set of selfie photos.

The Huawei smartphone runs the Android 4.4 KitKat, Google’s previous version of its advanced mobile operating system, in a user-friendly, minimalistic EMUI 3.0 interface. Aside from the customized UI, the P8 Lite also has steady, dual-SIM capabilities and comes with a 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB through microSD.

Huawei P8 Lite has two variants, available either in a white or black-toned body at $250.
